Heh, oh yeah, I can empathize with that. When I was growing up, I had a best friend where all the guys *loved* her and thought she was hot. So I got to hear an earful of her sex life all the time, while I couldn't get a date to save my life. I liked her fine aside from that, but I was seriously envious of her.

And while I wouldn't go so far as to say I ought to be male, I certainly don't think like most of the females I know, and I get along better with men. I sometimes joke I'm a gay man in a woman's body.

So I end up having to go to a million different stores trying to find flat-soled boots, and they're never as cool as the heeled ones. Sigh.

Well, I now feel a bit better being a 21 year old who hasn't even had a first kiss while my friends are all going on about their sex lives, knowing there are those in similar situations.

And it don't have to be dress boots. Women in normal boots (as long as it aint wellies ) are hot too. Especially with the jeans tucked in. But I think I'd better stop this line of thinking before I drag this thread down to the gutter.

I think I can safely say I am 100% sane.



I do have an unhealthy obsession of spending and saving all my money for transformers though...

Not even on porpose.. Last night i went out with my best mate. and I got the pleasure of hearing that:

One girl REALLY wants to get laid with him
Other as a crush on him (also wants got get laid with him)

For f*** sake, every girl i might e interested is alread commited, let alone haveing a crush on me or waiting to get laid...

People keep telling me they've seen me in places at certain times when I can prove I wasn't there at the time. And then somehow they can prove that I was there at that time. I don't know what's going on. There's someone out there that looks exactly like me, knows people I know, likes things I like, does things I want to do but can't, and seems to be acting out all of my subconsious desires. I swear I'm not making this up. It's kind of scary.

Also for some reason no one can stand to be anywhere near me for more than 30 seconds. I can sit at any crowded table in the world and give it 30 seconds at the most and everyone will have gotten up and left. Even when they invite me in the first place they don't want to sit near me. Everyone likes my dopleganger though.

Also people get very very depressed when they hear about my life. That's part of the reason why no one wants to listen. It's a self causing misery that never ends.

All this makes me crazy. I hear voices and see things that aren't there.

I've turned down sex. I don't blame everyone else. Sometimes I blame other people in certain instances, but for the most part I know it's my fault. I turn down sex because so far it hasn't seemed right. I don't want my first time to be in a threesome, and I don't want to do it with one of my friend's friends who I know nothing about.

But at the same time, I know he'll most likely hook me up in a moment if I give the word. Part of my predicament is a choice. The other part is social awkwardness, but that also results from the choice I make of staying in on Friday night and not pursuing girls after I get the initial impression they don't want to date.


So what you need to do is make the opposite choices I make. I could have lost it a few months ago in a threesome. But holy hell would that have been awkward. I probably wouldn't have been able to perform, so hence the refusal.

My problem is shyness. Plonk me in a crowd of people, or give me a presentation to give, and I'm fine. But ask me to flirt with a lass, and I'm hopeless. Lack of self confidence. So I've gotton into the mind set that no one wants to date me, and my mind has sort of compensated with going crazy.

My friends have offered to set me up, but nothing ever comes from it. They just conveneantly forget, or something. Except once when a friend gave me a lass's number of a friend of his gf. After a week of exchanging text's, she just randomly stopped with no explaination why. Sad to say, but that's the closest to a gf I've ever been in my life. Never even met face to face.

Here's a good question for all of us who think we might have some problems but aren't sure:

Where would one need to go to find out if you have some sort of mental disorder? family doctor? Shrink? The guy on the corner that claims to be a neurologist but smells like urine & week-old ham?

Psychiatrist or psychologist works. Even a regular old doctor for stuff like ADD or ADHD.

Apparently, I suffer from depression... it's sad
