Spotlight is a government organization that was created by the U.S.A. Government in the 1870s to monitor, search, police, record, and document and archive all and any paranormal activity on Earth for the protection of the Human race. They even conduct these activities around the world with other Spotlight groups around the world. This deals with psychic, spiritual healing, ESP, haunted houses, demonic possession, ghosts/spirits of the dead, telepathy, extraterrestrials on Earth, clairvoyance and prophecy, communication with the dead, astrology, witches, and reincarnation.
