Stakeout missing right lower leg

So I was opening Stakeout and Red Heat from their card, and as I was handling them, I realized that Stakeout was missing his lower right leg and can't have a complete vehicle mode. Is there a way I can get a replacement piece either from here or from Hasbro?

Two options:
The ethical option- contact Hasbro support and see if they can send you a replacement. They're still in stock at Pulse and half price on their eBay store so they might be able to help.
Less ethical option- Buy it again from somewhere that doesn't ask a lot of questions about returns, swap out the broken figure and return it to the store for a refund.
