He's just a guy struggling to make it during difficult times in an even more difficult industry and he's trying to update his sound and make something he thinks would appeal to a younger fanbase. He's obviously very proud of his work and this new song has been met with nothing but negativity and insults. Sure, the song isn't the greatest but it's better than a lot of the garbage that's out there. It sucks they felt the need to re-edit the video because of the backlash from the fans. I can't imagine anything more disheartening than releasing something you're really proud of and having everyone **** all over it.

Then make new songs, dont keep rehashing the 1 claim to fame

That is the worst frakkin' sound of vomit I have ever heard! It was horrendous, degrading, and downright disgusting. Stan Bush has lost his edge and ruined his classic song with this bulls**t. :-x

Weapon: Saber Blade
HOLY COW!!!

So much negativity about this song.

I'm going to break this streak of hate and doubt and say that I thought it was pretty good.

In fact, it kinda reminded me of the old DC Talk song "Jesus Freak", as in both songs follow the same formula: the verses are calm, the chorus is upbeat, and there's a quick rap bridging the two.

Overall, while I do think that the original was better, this version was good too. I didn't love it, but I did like it.

It was just good, not great, but good. So there.

He's still got the touch.
