Ted actually had a handful of variations to the one costume. I never got into Birds of Prey though. Mostly since I couldn't find the back issues.

Well, yeah, but that was pretty much entirely artists just drawing the beetle on his chest differently, or randomly adding/leaving off those circle thingies on his arms. (I never have quite figured out what those were supposed to be.)

Well, let me put it this way, to make it as unspoilery as I can. Somebody is not as dead as you think they are. Wikipedia or even a quick Googling will probably get you more specific answers.
