stealthforce rewind

I'm not trying to take anything away from "Autobot Strider's question "MechTech and the DOTM Movie question... "

But a little different.

If they would have thought it up earlier could the Mech-tech / Stealthforce have been used in the earlier films?

I'm thinking the Bumblebee and Barricade chase and perhaps the freeway scene with perhaps bonecrusher and Barricade again.
