Stunticons vs. Combaticons

Weapon: Chomping Rotor Blades
The orderly (for the most part, anyway) taking on the disorderly.

I'm thinking any strategy Onslaught formulates prior to the battle might not give his team much of an advantage, as the Stunticons are quite chaotic and unpredictable.

Anyway, I'd like to know what you guys think.

I gotta go with the Combaticons on this. The Stunticons are just a chaotic, jumbled mess at times.

Weapon: Reciprocating Laser Cannon
The cartoon stunticons seemed to be very dangerous foes on the road - if I remember right, they were almost invulnarable, and used to ram their opponent effortlessly. So, in a cartoon battle, I got to give this to the stunticons.
Any other scenario, the combaticons were made for battle, and their alt. modes are more capable in fight, so they win.

Probably the Combaticons, because the Stunticons can't really work together as a team.

At the least the COmbaticons respect Onslaught and will, for the most part, follow his orders. Not so with Motormaster. I give the majority to the Combaticons.

I'm pretty sure that Menasor defeated Bruticus at the end of the G1, season 2 episode 'Starscream's Brigade'. Now to my knowledge, this is the only time these two combiners have 'come to blows', so my money is on the Stunticons.

Yeah, after he fought and defeated Megatron and a troop of Decepticons.

Thats a very poor example to use.

I'm sure I could sucker punch Tyson after he's fought [about] a dozen guys at the same time and won.

Well, (like I said) as it is the ONLY time the Combaticons and the Stunticons came to blows, I'd say it was the ONLY relevant example, of course, if you can find a more relevant example then please post it.

I suspect even under those conditions, Tyson would almost certainly still have enough left in his tank to kick your ass. :-? :P :BOOM:

Now, that really was a very poor example to use.

Hardly relevant because it wasnt a fair fight.

If he saw me comming....sure.

But with ther senerio we're talking about, meaning he has to fight and beat about a dozen other pro fighters over a few hours, and then I get the chance to sucker punch him.

Thertes a good chance he's going to go down.
Now, that really was a very poor example to use.

Its your very same example bud.

The only diff is the names have been changed

Regardless of whether the fight was fair or not is largely irrelevant, the outcome was still a victory for Menasor. In another hypothetical situation that outcome may well be different. However the example I gave is, to my knowledge, the ONLY time these two colossus actually DID fight each other.

Thats just it, it WASN'T a fight.

By no definition of the term was that a fight.

They snuck up from behind and Sucker punched Bruticus.I'm sorry buddy, but that does not count as a "victory for Menasor".

if only menasor didn't stop in mid-air to pose, i'd say that was a top rope jump punch maneuver

in paper the combaticons HAVE to win since 4 out of 5 members are WAR machines against civilian vehicles

Motto: "Follow your instincts and your common sense."
The Stunticons are fast but Vortex could stop them in their tracks with his glue gun. Swindle's gyro gun would mess up their balance for a few minutes. All the Combaticons would bombard them hard. This should be enough to beat the Stunticons.

Alternatively, the Stunticons could form Menasor straight away and make the Combaticons' job much harder.

I'm betting on a Combaticon win because they make good strategies and carry them out while the Stunticons are more like an arrogant gang that throws its weight around.
