To be honest... after seeing a comparison of New Bee next and old bee.... It's kinda like comparing MP 10 and 44... there's nothing *wrong* with either release. They're just going after different aesthetics. That said... the new Bee is going to be significantly more articulated. The new Bee also has a smaller chest, which I appreciate... even if it's all "fake chest". We'll see.

Just like after seeing them... I"m sold on the big chest windows for Prime, even if they're hidden behind his real truck windows (which I think disappear into his legs).

As far as why Streak isn't cheaper... I'm glad he's not... if he was over $100 I probably would have skipped him. The blast effects and significantly changed face are a big plus in my book. Dreading if they're going to re-do (again) the other MP+s with faceplate swaps and blast effects....

I also can appreciate the old MP Bee since I got the faceplate for him. He'll be a good nod to a new "toy" version... where as 45 would be an animation representation to a painful t.

Only thing "missing" is a red eye angry faceplate from "Attack of the Autobots." I still won't get this, but I appreciate it.

I placed a pre-order. Not sure if I will stick with it, but I have it here in case. It really is an awesome deco and looks really cool. I have no attachment to any of the Datsuns, but the coolness is enough for me for now

Fellow Seibertronians! Yours truly has discovered some exciting news, this time regarding the new Transformers Masterpiece MP-18+ Anime Bluestreak! Thanks to TFW2005 Member Phamduc, we have our first set of in-hand images of the new Masterpiece, and this figure definitely deserves that title!

This new release of MP-18 Bluestreak comes in more matte cartoon-accurate paint job, new faces, and effect parts that can plug into his gun or shoulder canons coming directly from the show. The images reveal how expressive and dynamic this figure can be thanks to the new faces and improved neck articulation. The effect parts work in the rifle and shoulder cannons thanks to interchangeable connectors.

I'm still really torn with this + additions... On one hand... I feel like [Blue]Streak here adds the most, without taking away (too much), so I pulled the trigger on him... I just hope this doesn't start a slippery slope of effectively completely rebuying my MP collection because "cartoon accurate". Wheeljack was a *close* buy.... but I don't really like his animation color scheme in car mode.

Hasbro just charged me for this so he should be showing up by the end of the week! Glad the wait is finally over.

Not sure what happened to my order, looks like they had some issues while filling it.
