If I inadvertantly shifted the topic, I am ending it with this post. I truncated my response. No malice intended or doing a soapbox rant. High taxes? Expediture et al is a result of how a particular country runs their business. That's all. In the end, it's the little guy who gets hammered.

That being said, this little piece of pleasure we derived from collecting TFs, is enough to numb the pain 8-}

And......I'm really conflicted with that TAV21 upgrade :BANG_HEAD:

TT sure knows how to screw our wallets #-o

Yes, they are both 5 mm pegs.

Here is some news concerning Takara's TAV 28: his proper name is Ground Vehicon General. This was a topic of discussion for a while since early listings called him "Grand" instead.

However, this in package image found below (from Alfes2010's Twitter) reveals his actual name which makes him the respective leader of the vehicon ground troop and their version of the Jet Vehicon General.

Alfes2010's Twitter feed also had some in hand images of this toy which should be shipping from Japan very soon (along with TED 12 Thunderhoof). Enjoy!

Hm. I thought it would be silver, but this is just grey plastic with a little bit of silver in it. I've got two vehicon figures still in box. Maybe I'll just paint one silver on my own and call it good...

The Jet Vehicon General is the same. Shiny silver head, but the rest is gray plastic. Still awesome though!!

I don't know, he looks like he could have that kind of metallic fleck in his plastic, but it's hard to tell. Looks cool though, and that last pose with the swords is AWEZUM!

I feel like he'd stand out too much if he was silver head-to-toe. The matte works, especially for generic characters like Vehicons, but def bonus points for metallic flecks!
