Browsing TFW2005 for a little extra Transformers-news-goodiness, and this was one of the headlines today: the vehicle that represented Ratchet in the previous films was spotted on location.

The Autobot ambulance, Ratchet, was spotted in his Dark of the Moon design at the GM Woodward Dream Cruise in Royal Oak, MI along with a lifted black matte Chevy suburban. While it is possible this is just an exhibition of the vehicle and not actually indicative of an appearance in Transformers 4, two things stick out. The first is that Transformers 4 has been filming in MI for the past month, and the other is that Ratchet is dirty - so either he's not been stored well, or that is muck from a potential fourth big screen outing.

If that means we're gonna get a decent toy-representation of him, then by all means - At least they could give him some more screen and action!

Do you have his DOTM deluxe?Its a pretty accurate toy and he comes with one of the best Mechtech weapons of the line.

I have a redeco of his DOTM Deluxe. And while it is pretty nice figure, I am bothered by that backpack he gains.

That backpack-thing was a big problem with most of the DOTM deluxes. Hopefully they'll resolve it for TF4.

While I would love that I can't see it happening. I read somewhere that Ratchet's movie toys did not sell well - hence the fact he was hardly in the two sequels, and was re-designed for DOTM.

But I just hope he's in the movie at all. Personally I could see him in robot form most of the time, which would explain the absence of the Hummer in all the location shots we've seen thus far.
