As another Steeler fan chiming in, all I gotta say is: 'jealous of what?"

Not jealous, I just have a loathing hatred for all things Patriots.

oh yeah, I hate em too...I just don't get how a Patriot fan could think that a Steeler fan would be jealous of them.

Hall of Fame coach Bill Walsh passed away today. He was an amazing man who did so much not just for the 49ers franchise but the entire NFL. He will be sorely missed.

49ers are my team and I grew up watching Joe, Jerry, Ronnie, and of course Mr. Walsh coaching them.

R.I.P. Bill Walsh :-(

Amen to that brother. For all he has done for the NFL and its players he will be missed this day and many more ahead.

R.I.P. Bill Walsh, you and what you've done for the NFL will be missed but not forgotten.

On lighter note,

DA BEARS

Hopefully they can get Grossman off of his great/crappy rollercoaster so that they can actually win the Superbowl, instead of just getting there.

That, or friggin' start Griese, fer craps sake.

Philly all the way!! Go Birds!! E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!

I usually pick a second team sometime during pre-season. Right now, I'm hoping that the Niners do well. I really like Gore and Vernon Davis. As much as I don't care for them, I'll be keepin my eye on the Saints as well.

Gnats, Cowgirls, and Foreskins are going down.

Looks like the Steelers are the first winners of this season. Not that it matters much in preseason but it was nice to watch a live football game last night.

So Pacman Jones signs with TNA wrestling. Is this a good way for the suspended corner to put himself back in good standing with the NFL? Or is this just another dumb move on his part? Or maybe it just doesn't matter. Only time will tell I guess.

I think it is a way for him to make a paycheck during his suspension, nothing more. If he was really worried about his "image" he would have done something about it before the last incident.

So yeah, Lions, whooo!

No seriously, I do live in Detroit area, so I do hopelessly root for them season after season, after pathetic season.

And we do have Calvin Johnson, and Tatum Bell.

So anyway, serious question...

Who'd be interested in playing in a Seibertron.com fantasy football league. I've particpated in enough to know how to run them, etc.

If there's enough interest, i can try to set one up.

Question. Would you prefer yahoo, espn, or cbs? I believe they all have free leagues.

Gerrard is really good, I'm just so pissed at the Jags signing Couch.

That man should not be near a football field.

I actually blame Del Rio starting Byron in that first play off game or whatever that was last season instead of Gerrard for blowing their chances.

They had momentum going with Gerrard and Byron was hurt, and then as soon as he gets better they play him instead of the guy that's been winning them games?

I don't get it

I agree, I thought it something to do with Byron's contract status, but that was a whole season ago... Memory lapse.

Yeah, I'm just hoping the Jags can at least make it to the play offs this year.

They actually have a shot..unlike my other favorite team The Cleveland Browns

My condolences for being a Lions fan. I have a friend in Grand Rapids who also hopelessly roots for them as well.

And I'd be in for a fantasy league. I've always wanted to play but never have.

BOOO @ The Steelers and Ravens :P

My brother roots for the Ravens since they are the old Browns, but if you want to do that you have to root for the Rams since they were a Cleveland team once too
