What I've learned so far:
-filing metal in a pain in the butt!!!
-constructing parts out of styrene is great fun!

-Planning ahead helps alot! ( but ain't the cure for everything)
-It's actually going rather well compared to what I was expecting ( I shouldn't say that, things will get wrong!)
I love WIP shots... So here is my share, thanks for looking, and more than happy to share with you, and to be part of you

January 9th Update
I finalled how I wanted soundwave's arms to be.
Still some "polishing to be done" CLosing some more holes.
Upper body's shape is about 90% completed. Still have to work on his shoulder mounted cannon.

January 13th Update...
Those revoltech joints are not that strong... they break sometimes!
Now this is the pose I wanted to do. The eject pose!

I'm really happy since the arm actually reaches the button, wich I'll modify so it fits on top of the chest piece rather than the hatch of the cassette door

January 14th Update
Both arm engineering are done, a bit more finalizing on the arms and there done.
Looking good!
Starting the legs tonight!

Motto: "It doesn't matter if the glass is half full or half empty, only that you work to make it full."
Weapon: Particle Beam Cannon
Obviously a non-transforming Soundwave... but why'd you choose those legs for him?

Don't worry about those legs, they'll get modified as the rest of the parts.

The arms and chest are so heavilly modified, that I have but no choice but to rebuild those legs as well... But that was the idea behind it anyway.

The reason why I chose those legs is because this is a revoltech soundwave I'm making.
And those legs have the basic configuration I was looking for.
If you haven't noticed, elbow's joint, shoulders and forarm have also been heavilly modified to fit with the revoltech joint system.

It wasn't meant to transform in my head in the first place.
