got a destroyer droid, to add to my droid grunts. he has a little switch that makes him dance

I seen new detroyer droids ysterday when I got mt figures all they had with them were blue sheilding

mine didn't have a shield, but there is a switch on his back, if you push it up and down, his arms do the johnny bravo dance. there's no instructions, so i have no idea what the purpose is. i'll keep my eye out on the shield one, though.

While picking up last minute things this morning I went to the toy section in my local Super Walmart

I was a sked by awoman who was putting out new toys if I needed help

I told her that I was curious if they had gotten in any new
Star Wars figures she had told me no,so I moved on to look at the christmas merchandise.I was headed to away from toys then I noticed a pallet in toys.

As a very curious person I loked at the pallet and there it was a case of legends figures

I then went back to her and let her knowI found a case

She went over with me and opened it for me

She pulled out a few I took TC-14,R4-I9 and RA-7

I got the 3 that I needed in one swoop

OBTW if anybody is looking for it the green clone from episode 2 is in that assortment

I would of gotten it but I had enough money for only 3 figures

found a gold coin dark trooper after rummaging through the aftermath that was black friday at WM. also saw a "hunt for greivous" clone pack, but passed because the paint job was WAY sloppy.

Good freaking score dude. And the Hunt For Greivous clone pack is way damn overrated, only 2 figs in the pack worth getting.

Found the Barron Fell comic pack the other day. They had the other 2 in the wave, but this was priority.

Didn't that set fetch crazy prices when it was a TRU exclusive a few years back? Funny that it's not considered that great of a set. I still don't have one, though, so I'll pick one up when I find one. Of course the ARC Troopers have been replaced with a much more superior sculpt (the comic pack figure of Alpha).

I also ordered the Mandalorian sets from EE the other day. I must have gotten my order in just in time, because they've already sold out! They're expecting more in January. I wouldn't hesitate with preordering a set of those figures...

I asked someone at Target about the Ultimate Battle Packs, and she said they weren't going to be put out yet. She wasn't sure when. I think it's this Sunday, right? Does anyone know the actual release date?

The other night while putting out Star Wars figures there was case with 3 gold coins

So the Star Wars AT-ST packs are shown in Targets add starting tomorrow. $50... I think I'll grab them both.

Also, I have been able to find Tycho in A-Wing gear, and 2 more UGH Concept Stormtroopers! Hooray!

I went into Target today hoping to find the Ultimate Battle Packs. I find them on a back endcap, and set one of each in my shopping cart. I also found TC-14, so I grabbed that. I get up front and the ladies at the registers tell me that I can only buy ONE of the sets!!! WTF? I explained that there were two different ones, not the same one, different UPCs... they wouldn't bend because "these are collector's items." I asked to talk to the manager who just said the same thing. He did say that I could come back tomorrow and buy the other, but the first day they had to let every get a chance. I was so angry that I almost left them both. **** Target!

I'm just going to send a friend over there with $55 and ask them to pick one up for me. I mean what kinds of idiots are these people? I'm still going to get both. Maybe it didn't help that some guy came in earlier and wanted to buy four. I wondered why the endcap only had one Endor set missing. I'm going to complain to their district about this. It's not like they ever have anything good on the pegs half the time anyway.

I got the Hoth one, by the way. And found Anakin's pit droids at Walmart.

Target has been stingy with collectors lately

They won't let me buy action figures anymore overnight Si I use my Target money at Walmart

McQuarrie Concept Vader and Gold Coin McQuarrie Concept Stormtrooper.

Does the Gold Coin McQ Stormtrooper have a different paint job from the normal? Because all the pictures I'd seen (online and on packages) looked identical to the original Fan's Choice release for the figure.

Also saw the Hunt for Grievous Battlpack, but left it since they reuse the really sucky mold for 3/5 of the Arc Troopers.

Just got back from the Target. I ended up having two friends with me who were buying other things there. I grabbed the Endor set, checked out, and no one said a word. And someone must have decided it was a good idea to tape an 8x11 printed-out "sign" saying that the sets were limited to one person per day.

WJ, no, it wasn't that Target. I almost drove down there to buy the Endor set, but decided on one of two plans (which you can see I used above). The other plan was to get all dolled up in drag as "Star" and buy the Endor set

People are so **** judgemental. I would have said something like, "it's a hobby, at least I'm not addicted to drugs." Of course we all know better I guess I would have just done the same thing though, ignored her. I can be real nasty sometimes...
