The helmet gives me Dairanger vibes, which is fitting given how that one was especially martial arts-focused.

Random Store finds.
Found in the Walmart clearance aisle a Masterverse Skelegod for $4 and a Fortnite TNTina with glider for $4. Never played Fortnite, but for $4 I don't mind squirreling this one away.

At Target this morning I found a NECA Dungeons & Dragons Warduke. They had had a bunch of Grimswords, but only one Warduke. Might pick up Grim another day.

And a big box of stuff from AmiAmi. Everything actually came in stock early this month.

I do not know a thing about MotU nor do i care, much like GI Joe, but I did get that Skeligod once upon a time too, and it is a fun figure, glad you got him.

Typically, I feel similar about a lot of 80's "Gen 1's". Cherry picking a figure I like. An odd, random character out of the entire line.
I like the design of Destro and Cobra Commander. Indifferent to the rest of GI Joe.
As for MOTU. Outside of NA (naturally), I like the designs of the Snake Men, Hordak and Zodak. Also Golden God Skeletor is the only good thing about the Movie.
Bravestarr is probably the only 80's cartoon off the top of my head, that nailed it with every design. I didn't have many of the figures as a kid. Because they were (relatively) massive.

I'm always the odd one out -I'd have to be paid to own Skelegod. Revelations aside he still looks like he is wearing Transformers Prime Smokescreens head on each shoulder and the painted H on his chest is just lazy (though probably true to the awful revelations design).
I did pick up Masterverse New Eternia Barbarian he-man for £5. the solid 'fur' on his right boot has an indentation for the knife to slide it which is pretty comical. He doesnt suffer Jaundice as much as revelations He-man but could have done with some paint on his armor. I'll edit photo in later.
(I also picked up these for gifts: New Eternia Beastman £10, Revelations Spikor £5 & Revelations Merman £5 from Game -they also had origins battle armor he-man for £5)

I'm almost at 10 fortnite figures... Noooooooo.
Another duplicate goon. A knight for £8, might be missing paint applications but looks like it could be fun. And another goonish guy.
Gitd muckman, always kinda felt a bit meh about necas even if it's cartoon accurate and good (loose leg aside), the original toy was one of those that was better than the cartoon design. So S7 was still on my wants list and getting the glow version works for me.
Amazon.. Sighsss. They stuck a sticker on their 'exclusive' aimed at at adults retro star wars bounty hunter set and sent them out like that. No packaging. One of the few lines I keep in box. I guess the sticker damage adds to the retro look :/
Goons, glorious goons

Picked up the latest Japanese Super Sentai bots from AmiAmi, Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger, which is entirely bug themed, 10 of them to make up the main bot and weapon!
DX King-Ohger (over 10" to the top of his head)

DX God Kabuto

Guardian Weapon Series Snail Gatling

Guardian Weapon Series Rolling Hummer

I love that the line is now getting actual useable articulation.

Emerje wrote:Random, but Walmart restocked the Batman movie 4" figures in the clearance aisle, probably old stock room stuff, for $3. I've seen these around for a long time, but it's always been Selina and Penguin, no Batman. But this time they had a couple Wing Suit Batmans so I grabbed one of those and a Selina. At first Batman rang up at full price, but it had the $3 sticker on it so it was an easy price change (the cashier just cancelled it and ran Selina through a second time). Probably wont get any more of these unless they get the big vehicle set again at a low price. They've had the battle damaged bike set for a while, but I'm not a big fan of battle damaged figures, though now that I have regular figures I might have to take a second look.

The bike set got reduced this week to $5 so I grabbed one this morning.

Picked up these three today! I really like these G.I. Joe Classified Series figures. They are very nice, come with a good amount of accessories and very good articulation.

I ended up getting some non-TF stuff in stores this week. I found most of the next Hammond Collection wave, and got the Pachy, the JP3 Raptor, and the Concavator.
I also found the Avengers Mech Strike Strike-osaurus line, didn't know it was a thing, and got iron man because he looked like fun, and because Iron man is my favorite superhero and Stegosaurus my favorite Dinosaur. The Stego is really cute, and Iron Man is decently posable. unfortunately, the armor mode has no heels and is very back heavy, so it cannot stand, so I'll just keep iron Man riding the Stego.

I've never seen that before either, it looks ridiculously fun. I guess kids don't really need their figures to stand still on a shelf like we do.

I'll have to pick up guncannon and maybe zakus but think I can leave it at that for original series suits.

The Selects Apocalypse has arrived! This is the one with the more creative accessories. Drill arm (non-spinning), Claw grip and spiked mace. Hands are more connected to the gauntlets this time, unlike the TAS Apocalypse. The tubes of his suit as less pliable this time. Which is unfortunate. But overall, this is a pretty faithful rendition of his classic comic book armour.

Big haul at and around a comic and toy show I visited today, I wrote more about it in the Transformers haul section.
Toy show: Got me a a vintage complete pink boots Roboto for only $20. Also got these independent hand molded Super7 ReAction-style lobster monster figures molded in clear red and blue plastic. They were pricy at $30 each, but they're nicely made and I don't mind supporting small toy makers. Plus I've seen stores selling ReAction figures for $25 so this isn't that mad of a price.
Next stop was Burlington Coat Factory. Hadn't been there since November and really wasn't expecting to find anything, but I actually found some cool things. Got a Power Rangers Dino Fury Tricera Blade and Stego Spike Zord set 3 and a Power Rangers Lightning Collection SPD A-Squad Green Ranger both on clearance for under $7 each. Already have the Zords, not sure what I'm going to do with them.
At Newbury Comics, not a toy, but I did find a Critical Role Bell's Hells puzzle I'd forgotten to order.
At Walmart I picked up TMNT reissue Storage Shell Leo and Raph, Shredder and Krang.
And finally at Target I found MotU Masterverse Evil-Lyn ver. 2 and Frosta on clearance for under $7 each. Already have them, they're staying packaged.
I can't remember the last time I've had a toy hunt this good, has it even been in the last 10 years?

I went trasure hunting at a flea market today.
I came back with some Transformers, but I scored big with the MOTU "Rock Lords Brothers" (no weapons of course) for cheaper than an origin figure!
Also, I found the Baroness Intelligence Officer G.I. JOE COBRA 25th Anniversary COMIC version. Expensive at 35$CAN, but that's still 20-25$CAN cheaper than the eBay option.
Nice!
