Nope, it's for the cartoon, as it and the poster you see there where sent by WB as part of a press kit to media sites advertising the new cartoon, I bet it's there at the event just for the fact that the movie doesn't exist yet and they didn't want to show up empty handed to show that they are indeed working on something.

Remember the promo stuff for TF 1 before all the real stuff got leaked? It was nothing but a black poster with Transformers written on it and a covered cab over engine semi truck saying 2007. That's what this is.
