Bumblebee is the human emissary as he was in the original stuff, which I like. Hotrod was another 'kid friendly' bot, but I would hate to see BB take up his role in any sequels. Hotrod should show up before too long and maybe come into his own by the end of a third movie.

I keep daydreaming away about some plot for a sequel that could see a space battle or two. I don't want the sequel limited to Earth, that's for sure. Jetfire could be the major new component to the space stuff, while back on earth Devastator and the Constructicons could be causing problems. Maybe Soundwave makes an appearance as an avenger against the Autobots too. (He could take over radio stations as a sort of nano-viral entity, eventually taking form as a mobile news van or something.) He could strike fear in the general human populace that the Autobots are rogue and need to be destroyed.
That could really cause a big hurdle for the Autobots, YET also set the groundwork for more of a human/Autobot strikeforce against the Decepticons for the third and fourth movie, if those were to exist.

Maybe humanity and the Autobots have to form an allegiance to fend off Unicron?

....OH..and if Jetfire is to be in a sequel, I'd want him to not simply take an earth jet craft..I'd like to see him as a Cybertronian jet. Nothing as alien as Megatron is, but also nothing like a SR-71 Blackbird or a fighter jet. I'd LOVE to see a transforming F-16 BUT for Jetfire's character, that wouldn't make sense if he was mostly an extraterrestial character, and had little do really do with Earth.

Lastly..I'd rather see Jetfire's alt mode be more of a figher..a more slender, combative form than the movie Starscream turned out to be. An alien jet form might allow for that easier....
But not as alien as Megatron..I repeat!

This is a good idea. I don't think they will go as far as gestalts. Although they might throw Devastator in at the end of the second movie as a cliffhanger. I think they will add a few new characters to flush out the line, change a few alt modes of the original movie linup, and add some more car manufacturers to the mix so the manufacturers can cash in. I really like the idea of a water/sea battle between the factions. I think space may be a bit too much for the non TF understanding public, and these movies are definately not meant for fan-boys and -girls alone.

My list:

Seekers= I don't care who or what plane moe they take, but change the design from bot to bot.

Jetfire and Powerglide

Maybe Soundwave, but I'm not sure what alt mode. I'd prefer him not to be a vehicle.

And Prime's trailer.

For the Transformers 2 sequel, would love to see some Combiners such as Superion (aierlbots) Vs. Menasor (stunticons). This would be ground breaking CGI special effects going to new heights, never seen before stuff!!!

Also like to see them give megatron a new earth vechile mode, such as a armored bad ass tank mode!!!!

Also want to see Jetfire too!!!!

I would like Soundwave and Grimlock to come in. Perhaps Silverbolt to give the Bots aerial support, wouldn't mind seeing him as a Typhoon (aka. Eurofighter).

I'd love to see Ultra Magnus as a truck like prime, Hotrod as maybe a porsche, ironhide, Dark wing but thats all i can think of and maybe blur

Man, this would make an awesome Cliffjumper...

Rodimus, the matrix, the planet cybertron, a crashed Ark, Teletran one-as a skynet menace if fallen into the wrong hands.. the Nemesis in ocean base for the Decepticons to regroup at.. and Soundwave in some fashion.. Jetfire..meh...Devastator, yeah!!! Oh and Bumblebee with a freaking Voice Box!!!!

The Allspark is the live action equivalent to Matrix, so I doubt it will make an appearance.

As for characters I'd like to see in the sequel.

Skyfire, same alt as Starscream, but transform differently.

They can even have him as a friend of Starscream and siding with the Decepticons for the first part of the movie and then switches sides.

Decepticons:
Thundercracker and Skywarp both Tomcats. They could scan them during a millitary retirement or so.

Tidalwave - Air craft Carrier. Yea non G1 but the best of hte later series I think.

Stunticons or Predacons with or without there combined forms wouuld be bitching

Ravage as his Alternators Form.

And of course Soundwave. I'd say a Communications Tower.

Autobots

Kup! Make him an Old Pinto or something. Maybe a WW2 Armored Car.

The Aerial Bots again with or without there combined form.

Grimlock - I'd say His orignal T-rex alt would do, but as far as a car of some sort hmm. A Heavily armored Tank or some sort perhaps?

What I'd like to see in part two:

If Barricade, Brawl, and Blackout get destroyed in this movie, the should be rebuilt and reprogramed in the sequel as Prowl, Warpath, and Springer respectively.

Megatron is rescued by his comrades and refurbished (preferrably into something more approaching his G1 likeness (or better yet, G2)).

Both sides should get a gestalt team. The Decepticon team should be called either the Constructicons, the Combaticons, or the Terrorcons. Any which way, the giant robot should be called Devastator.

The Autobots will have the Aerialbots with Silverbolt leading as a B-1B bomber. The others will have their alt modes as an F/A-18 Super Hornet, an F-35 (VSTOL variant), an EF-2000, and one other that I can't think of just yet.

Starscream introduces two sidekicks, Skywarp and Thundercracker. They transform into either F-15s or Su-30s.

The sequel will end with Optimus dying or seeming to die.

For part three I've got two words: Headmasters and Unicron!

Somewhere in there you can also squeeze in some dinobots and a cityformer battle.

man, prime cant die! unless they want to make it like the 80s movie, which i didnt like how he died right away.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention. Prime comes back in part three, binary-bonded to a human.

Bloody hell, long post alert! SPOILERS FOR FIRST MOVIE!

For Transformers 2:

Soundwave was the jet that crashed at Roswell. Before Megs dies, he gives off a weak signal, awakening the dormant Decepticons. Soundwave awakens, and is, a Cybertronian jet. The whole point would to be Soundwave retrieve the Allspark and revive Megatron. Eventually, this leads to a climactic battle between Soundwave and Prime, and Prime dying at the end. Also, Soundwave revives Megatron via the Allspark, and turns him into Galvatron. Soundwave's minions are turned into Scourge and Cyclonus. Galvatron destroys the Allspark to stop it from overwhelming his spark again (kinda like the davy jones/dead man's chest connection). Sam proposes to Mikaela.

For Transformers 3:

We first see a dark cube (the Omegaspark) drifting through space. It finds the monument that stores Prime's corpse. It manifests Prime's body, and turns into Nemesis Prime. He takes command from Galvatron (he's stronger) and leads the Decepticons on a campaign against the Autobots. It leads to a climactic battle between Rodimus v Galvatron (several '86 movie homages) and Nemesis Prime v other Autobots. It leads up to Prime's spark being revived and taking back his body (and command from the Autobots from Rodimus), destroying the Omegaspark, and Soundwave and Galvatron's death. Final scene: Sam and Mikaela's wedding.

sounds good to me except the whole part with sam and mikaela gettin married. i dont see that happening..they are still in highschool here..aand that kinda is a little to lovey/cheery for me to be in a transformers movie.

It never mentions what grade they're in in the leaked script. They could be seniors in the first one. Even if they aren't there still has to be "that human element" the writers have been bitching about.
