Bring in good ol' Rodimus, and let him whoop Deceptif**ks, while Optimus sits at the base (or something) talking about sacrificing himself to save the humans etc.
and ANY Autobot who actually had aerial capabilities: Jetfire, Springer, anything. To provide the Bots with some aerial cover, instead of getting their asses handed to them like Starscream did with Ratchet & Ironhide.

I too think that Jetfire/Skyfire should be in the next movie and maybe Ultra Magnus.
How about the second Movie told form the Decpticon point of view to develop the characters or maybe switch between the to factions.
Hopefully the new Transformers movie will end up like lord of the rings the first one was cool until the second one came out and you realized that the first one was a three hour plot introduction.

Only as long as they stay away from shots of the TF's feet. That really bugged me in the first LORT movie.
