The movie was good, but the sequel should be even better. I really admire the original transforming sounds from the 1986 animated film, "Transformers", added to the new live action movie. I was also very impressed with the most famous Peter Cullen line in Transformers history, "One shall stand, one shall fall."(Quote from the 1986 film, "Transformers".)

Very nice.

Yep it was great! He also said the following:

"Autobots, Roll out.

Freedom is the right of all sentient beings."

And Megatron said one his usual statements as well.

"You failed me again Starscream."

Oh, what happened to "Overall I loved their new sleek bodies, hated the movie"? Seriously, this doesn't make since. Do you like the movie or not? There's another thread of yours talking about how it ruined the mythos. Pick an opinion.

I loved it.....I thought it was easily the best movie i've seen since Batman Begins.

And i've seen a lot of movies since then.

I'm sorry, but I had mixed Emotions about the movie. You are right, I do love G1, but I love all transformers series, In the other thread I recently said,"And as a true Transformers fan, I take back what I said."

I think he didn't see it at first but decided to criticise the movie based upon reading the script and seeing the designs. Then he saw it. ;)
