Ironhide- Scrooge
Megatron- Marly
Bumblebee- Tiny Tim
Alpha Trion- Ghost of Christmas past
Hot Rod- Ghost of Christmas present
Nemesis Prime- Ghost of Christmas yet to come

I know Ironhide's a dumb choice, but I could'nt think of someone else who would play a good role for a cranky old guy at the moment.

Ghost of Christmas past: G1 Arcee (Past was supposed to be a young female)

Ghost of Christmas Present: Animated Bulkhead (Present was supposed to be a large, cheery guy; I at least got large)

Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come: The Fallen (You can figure this one out)
