Nice. You realy captured the look of teh movie designs. Click on the second link in my sig to see my lego Dev. He even splits into his component parts, though they dont transform.

Oh Hell Yeah! Nicely done. Do these transform like proper tfs, ie folding and whatnot, or do pieces have to get pulled off cos I can't see how the Blackout transforms.

Transformers
They don't transform exactly like the movie, but all the parts stay connected through the transformation you don;t have to pull it apart and re-attatch it some where else.

I was going to jump in with, "GASP! FOOL! MAke them of Lego!"... but the K'Nex actually do look like the spindly CGI stuff all over the movie designs.
Totally. It seems like it'd be easy, but moving joints and the weight hanging off them are where the real complexity comes in.
This topic inspires me. I haven't tried any transforming Lego mocs for quite a good few years now:

It's been too long.
I have to give kudos to anyone that can make a transforming figure out of lego or anything like that,

I find K'nex is hard to make new stuff out of. Very well done. It does look like the movie TF's....but then again I dont like how they look.

Knexformers
2 other knex transformers I made a while back there were not inspired by the new movie but since they are transformers they had to be put w/ the rest of them. the goal of theres was to turn the knex men into transformers.

New Optimus
With all of the new footage of the movie coming out, I wanted to fix up my previous knex Optimus. I made the truck more proportioned to the movie version, fixed up his legs, added a grill, and made a few more minor adjustments. Also if anyone wants other angles of them let me know its easy enough to post them.

Transformer knex
These transformers are hard enough to build when they transform with just robot and vehicle mode to worry about. Also crippletron isn't a transformer anyways. I did make all the autobots out of knex and posted it in the movie forums.
