I talked to Hasbro and they said that Mr_Wayne's TF Prime voyagers pre orders are going to be released on January 26 at 9:36 a.m. EST.

Actual answer is that nobody is going to be able to give you an answer. They will be released when whatever store you pre ordered from gets their stock in.
