I read an interview with Shia when Transformers first came out where he talked about what one might call the "Brittny/Paris" path to stardom. He said he makes a point of not doing those things like drinking too much, doing drugs, etc, because he's in the career for the long haul. No one's perfect, but at least he seems to realize the pitfalls that are out there for young stars and is trying to avoid them... even though he did mess up this time.

Thats PI For yah. PI is the most rediculous law because theres no real definition to what defines it. You could go have a beer at a bar and then walk home and get picked up for PI. I've even heard of cops raiding a bar and busting everyone in the bar for PI.

I don't think any less of Shia for the incident. Just a 21 year old having a good time. Not like he was doped up on drugs or anything.

Maybe he was buying the knockoff Devastator and got pissed because the superion's stickers were mislabeled.

Because really we all know thats the only reason anybody goes to a walgreens anymore.
