Not really. Those original molds are so good that any new ones would pale in comparison.
I agree with Sabr on these. The ironic thing is that those figures are more complex than what they would be if made today (for better or worse of course). X Brawn for a deluxe class has firing missiles, clear plastic, realistic alt mode, perfect weapon storage, a complex transformation and a fully painted alt mode. He even had an opening hood that showed the motor. None of this would be replicated in today's deluxe class. That RID line was really special since business wise it was very much a call back to the G1 days where Hasbro imported/licensed Takara toy designs (the legal work is out of my field though since the toys were takara but the brand was transformers which Hasbro owns). They really exude that Takara quality. They also happen to be show accurate.
And as for RID, we did get an update last year of Skybyte so the line did get some love in the thrilling 30 celebration (especially if you bought the Takara version). The only toy I would actually like to see updated would be God Fire Convoy. That Magnus has not aged well and has very awkward proportions and the combined mode with Prime is as stable as the chernobyl nuclear plant. That Prime could use some work too.

Or give us more Beast Wars

I can understand a reluctance to try and produce the main cast, as many would be an extreme pain to create to be as 'realistic' or show accurate as possible (Tarantualas, and Black Arachnia spring to mind. Airazor, and especially Terrorsaur woudl be very difficult to cram a whole bot into his beast mode), but yeah, show some love to BW and move on to something else, then circle back after a while.
Well Takara has us covered for Blackarachnia and the price isnt that much higher than a deluxe at TRU if you care to import. Hasbro was quite cool last year when you think of it, its just now that everything seems G1 centric. There was the previously mentioned RID tribute but also 3 BW toys (all of them good), one Beast Machines toy, 2 Armadas (with Takara making a pretty cool extra out of the Starscream mold and the minicons being a new character), as well as both a targetmaster homage (scoop) and a diaclone homage (crosscut) all in the same line with a brand new character (windblade). It was a great approach that I have vry few issues with (the plastic being my main issue), especially not the diversity. I know many, including me, were turned off by how the "thrilling 30 exclusives" played out but the generations line held its own very well as a celebration of all that was.
Oh and we did already get a classics Hotshot:
