I was lucky enough to find one of my mini-Grail on eBay!
I was finally able to find the 2007 LEADER (Back when "leader" meant something) Nightwatch Optimus Prime! I adore that mold but was unwilling to pay 100$+ for it. Then lo and behold, I won the bid for 48$CAN shipped! Cheaper than modern voyager price! (Voyagers are now 47$/50$CAN plus taxes).

Furthermore, it's complete and in perfect condition. I added a pair of fresh batteries and BOOM, Nemesish Prime get EPIC!

By "blue" you mean the teal color but no black flames?

You may remember things wrong or you were the one with the extremely rare variant because ALL Nightwatches have their flames.
However, this little search allowed me to discover that there is TWO versions of Leader 2007 Nightwatch Optimus. The UK version, and the USA version. I have the USA one. If I can also get the UK version, it would be fun. I expect the hunt to be difficult especially because the USA version is more prevalent and both have the exact same name.

If your "full blue" leader 2007 Optimus exist, TF Wiki never mentioned it. They even mentioned the gold Lucky Draw and Jame's chrome red and blue unique piece. So yours is a mystery that needs to be solved.
We need an expert to looks into this.

Been awhile since I bought any tfs.

Not pictured is the botroplos set, it looks good in the box and feels like you get a lot. It also feels like a micromaster should have come with the modulators in the first place. The colors are really nice but when the toys are played with its a quick reminder that none of their modes really do anything we'll and the upside down micromaster weapons are so poor. Especially with armada minincons or cw legend sized bits like power glide etc. Made me remember why I sold ironworks but this set compliments wfc skylynx so it has a use. Even building the fan mode combiners our of the two modulators was a bit meh.


Cyclonus I already had, so why not a ss86 Sweep to go with him. It does look nicer than the TR version but has way more flaws. Sadly he's a bit of a shrimp next to his pal but the visible screw syndrome and back flaps with no where to go let's it down. Also the cheap looking fire arm joint lines much like ss86 wreckgar is off putting. Not really played with alt mode to see if the head can be visible when flying. Glad to have and I'll definitely be skipping alpha trion reuse or a target master selects.

Ss/buzzworthy bee and dropkick. I already had the gold version of bee, the yellow version was for a long while harder to get than the exclusive over here. Not really noticed how offset the lower legs are until now but it's still a nice figure.
Dropkicks paint looks great and hardly any hollows compared to modern releases. His feet may be a bit clown shoe size but the only real bad thing about him is I now want a ss car mode shatter to go with him... Nooooooooo. Wouldn't mind picking up an oversized jet shatter and a oversized copter dropkick if that's even still possible.

Finally... An actual legacy purchase with out waiting for discount. Gotta support somethings and a G2 character made me do that. His colors don't make for the best looking toy and neither does his alt mode in all fairness. Really nice to have an actual mold that is for him first and foremost and no ugly hollows or the need for upgrades out of the box.his g2 symbols a bit off to one side but if you are close enough to see that he's probably shot ya anyways. I'll have to stand him angled a bit instead of forward facing.

Yeah it's possible I'm remembering wrong. It was 10 years ago and the figure was mainly in robot mode, so maybe the details just don't stick out in my memory. But I didn't remember any flames, just the blue/teal body.

It's not a very common toy after all.

BTW, looks like the UK version without the "All-Spark" blue is also the Takara version. I found it but it's around 300$ from Japan. So, nope. I'm content with my USA one.

Can get them for under £20 incomplete on ebay here but the american version looks better to me anyways (though I think I prefer UK head with out the paint).

I knew that if I waited for long enough, I'll be able to get Afterlife Ectotron for a "normal" price.

At its deepest clearance price, it's still 6$can more expensive than the full price of the first version. But that pay aplenty for the extra ghost and comic.

Just bought Legacy Blaster today. His index pointing outwards so you have him trying to open his chest is kind though.

I also like he's compatible with Siege Laserbeak and Ravage. They're not Autobots but they have a master that can store them. We never had WFC Soundwaves. Only a a few RID Figures (His 1 Step changer) Warrior Class with

Laserbeak inside (own him) and the Deluxe Bumblebee SounDwave that i skipped since it wasn't available at the same time. Only other legacy figures we have are Arcee and Laser Optimus Prime. Our shelves are technically overstocked with Blaster and Legacy Arcee.
Rest is flooded long with a ton of leftover Kingdom Arcee's Black Arachnia's and Fossils no-one wants.

Roughly 6 days before expected.

I've opened one... Super happy and impressed with the quality of this figure.
And between that older promotional sale and a couple giftcards, they only ended up costing me $115.

Meanwhile mine is backordered despite Target just sending me an email last week saying it would be shipped on July 31 and not emailing me about the delay.

Edit: It's in stock on Target.com, why would mine be backordered?

Yeah his limbs are thin and he can be a pain to align all legs properly since they don't have actual stoppers But he's great.

At least i never bought Soundbarrier. That thing is so fragile and the alt-mode isn't even a alt-mode. Just a connector for bases.

My luck is pretty hit or miss, they cancelled a lot of my orders a couple years ago and as of now the only non-Buzzworthy, non-movie ("main line") exclusive I've seen in store since Siege is T-Wrecks, Silverstreak and the new Dinobot. Maybe my exclusive luck is turning around with Legacy.

They did finally fill my order for Motormaster, it's supposed to arrive Friday.
