I would say the 1 and 2 Mechagodzillas would give up a good fight but ultimately loose to Trypticon.
The 3. version brakes down after seeing Trypticon and the newest Mechagodzilla that actually is the first Godzilla Cyberman style utterly devastates Trypticon.

I have to change this statement.
Kiryu or Mecha Godzilla 3 sucks.

MG1 stands a good chance and might manage to get a draw out of the battle, but MG2 beats Trypticon to death, that version was just unstoppable, he lost his head and most of his weapons and yet he almost killed Godzilla weren'T it for the fact that that girl killed herself and thus killing the comunication between him and the aliens that controlled him.

Trypticon wins.

Absolute Zero Cannon ends Trypticon.
