Hmmm, besides the strange sense of Humor it's a pretty good review I think. I have to admit I thought the Bonecrusher/ Prime scene we were treated to was amazing. If the rest of the movie has much more of that, I think I will be mostly satisfied with it.

Man I can't wait for this film! All the reviews are good and even if one was to be cynical and think some are plants, they can't all be plants. All the word on this film from everywhere is that it is kick-ass!

All these rave reviews preceding the official release date for this movie remind me of the panegyrics written two weeks before the opening presentation of Star Wars Episode III.
After having read about Hayden's 'terrific' performance, the script's 'worthy' dialogue, and the main character's 'believable' transition to the dark side, I found myself about as enthusiastic for one movie as I have ever been.
And I walked away from that film ready to kick my dog upside down.
I hope Transformers is the exception.
P.S. The reviews preceding "Superman Returns" were just as positive. What a dud of a movie that was.
Still, I am excited. And optimistic.

My thoughts too. I don't recall ever reading an early review for any film that was negative. It doesn't help that so far every early review has started with "I love Michael Bay movies" and/or "all I know about Transformers is that they transform".

There tends to be no happy medium... most advance reviews are either insanely positive or hopelessly negative. Both of which lead to the inevitable "plant" accusations. Still, it was an interesting read, and it's making me more anxious for July 3rd.
