A CyberKing was a variety of Dreadnought-class ship used on the front lines of planetary invasions by the Cybermen, and also the commander of the ship and the Cybermen forces on the planet itself. (DW: The Next Doctor)

While only Cybus Cybermen have been seen to have used a CyberKing, the Doctor's knowledge of the vehicle may suggest that the Mondasian Cybermen also have used them.
[edit] HistoryMiss Hartigan was a human who was chosen by the Cybermen to become the CyberKing. Her memory was restored by an Infostamp, and was apparently killed when she realized what she was.

[edit] AppearanceThe CyberKing was a massive Cyberman-shaped walker, using its two legs to stride through the battlefield. It had a weapon attached to each arm; an electrical pulse weapon on its left arm, and a mortar launcher on its right arm.

The head served as the command centre for the vehicle, while its body contained a large cyber-conversion unit, allowing it to transform organic life into new Cybermen.
