Though this is not a major point of discussion and I may be crazy, but was I the only one to notice the cobra rattler as one of the fighter planes in the movie? I really need to see it again to confirm my theory though.

nah i understand that, just seeing the painted teeth on the fighter plane made me think of g.i. joe thats all. guess I am hoping for more than whats was actually there. still the best movie of the summer though.

It was most apparent when I saw these bad boys...

In addition, I think Orci & Kurtzman said that they wrote Captain Lennox & Co. with GI Joe characters in mind.

that movie had wayyyyy to much to analyze and it is really meant for tf and g.i. joe fans to watch at least twice in the movies, just to clear up the small debates we will all have.

Cobra Rattler's were based of of A-10 warthogs. These planes are designated tank killers. So, yeah, technically you did see planes that were from G.I. Joe...

Really cool planes though.
