It's not that their hands are tied, there are just to many Pred boots in the way.

I finally got the team name I wanted and all the names I wanted; however I didn't realize that there is so much animosity about name-stealing. I'm pretty excited about my new team because I created these characters and their names way before I joined HMW, but if I've taken somebody's name from their team, I'd be happy to give it back.

But for now...I thought I'd introduce the Combusticons; a group of Decepticon infiltrators who have Pontiac alt modes.

I got a lot of the old names but then, when I realized that the Decepticon’s repairers are not as good as before, so I started a tank (& repair tank) team. I have to help by hitting now. But right now, 18 days later, I’m still in an identity crises.

An excerpt:

Medusa’s most spectacular asset however is her ability to project “Petrifying Optic Beams”. Technologically similar to the hypnotic eyebeams of the ancient Decepticon Mindwipe, they project directed electromagnetic pulses from her robot-mode’s primary optic sensors. The specific timing, frequency, and intensity of these pulses, when projected into the optic sensors of a Cybertronian, or onto the retinas of a human has devastating effects.

The primary result is instantaneous paralysis, followed by the rapid and painful ossification of soft tissues. If not treated quickly, the victim will die as a calcified monument to Medusa’s handiwork; if they’re lucky, the ossification will cause massive internal organ-failure sooner than later, otherwise they must suffer through the secondary effects of her optic beams waiting to die of thirst.

As a nice little bonus, her optic beams also trigger primitive sections of the Cybertronian or human brain, eliciting an unending cascade of terrifying hallucinations and frightful thoughts. Stricken utterly motionless, unable even to scream, and tortured by the calcification of their body, victims are also left to be consumed by unparalleled fear. Even when successfully treated for the primary consequences of her attack, many of her victims are left catatonic by the mental trauma they experienced.
