What movie on DVD have you watched the most in the past year?

Welcome to the General Discussion area where just about anything goes! This area is designed to discuss all matters and does not necessarily have to be Transformers related. Please keep topics relevant.

Probably the reissue of Transformers The Movie because I wanted to watch it with all of the various factoids and commentaries.

That or one of the Seinfeld/Simpsons/South Park seasons. Not really sure on this one.

Here is the thing. I love both "The Wall" and The Who's "Tommy", but for those who don't know:

Floyd made "The Wall" film and then made a soundtrack out of it.

The Who did something such much f*cking cooler. They took original, already existing songs of theirs and had other musicians perform the songs in "Tommy" by making the plot of the film work both on its own and with the many different songs.

For that, I will always bow to The Who over Pink Floyd.

Alright, I misstated, but "The Wall" songs were created and performed as a play with puppets instead of a normal concert when it all first began. It is a whole lot easier to take a play and make it into a film then to take separate songs that original don't go together when they were first written and make an ingenious and coherent film from them.

But that would be my answer for this question at any point in my life.

But, whatever, I'm not saying that I'm not a fan of Pink Floyd since it is one of their songs that I used for my latest tribute video that should be up tonight or tomorrow.

I'm watching my Star Trek Borg and Time Travel fan collections because Spike TV isn't showing any Next Generation and Voyager episodes this week and I need my Kate Mulgrew, Jeri Taylor, Roxann Dawes, and Miria Sirtis fix.

Enterprise doesn't appeal to me because I'm tied of prequels.

My top 3:

Burial Ground: The Nights of Terror. One of the most brutal zombie movies, ever.

Shadows Fall: Drunk and Sh*tty in every city. Cuz Shadows Fall is the best metal band since Sepultura

TF:TM 20 anniversary edition. I can't get enough of the extras.

I bit the bullet and finally bought Neon Genesis Evangelion (the platinum boxset) and the End of Evanglion on DVD.

At first i couldn't understand how i was so god damn popular, but man did it ever pay off. First time i watched End of Eva i just sat in awe, truly the only film which I couldn't predict what would happen next. Then I had to watch the comentary's to understand it better. Then watch it all again to appreciate its awesomeness. I still aren't too clear on some things though damn it.

In the end it really changed my outlook on life, and thus was worth every penny.

...err long story short I've watched Evangelion alot this year.
