Definitely Transformers PS2, or basically, the Armada game:

Currently it's still the best Transformers game made. That's mostly due to the fact that the game is actually really good, though ROTF has faster gameplay and slightly better controls.

Sorry bout that! But yeah, it is the PS2 game for sure, no question. It's also called "Prelude to Energon".
