White tow truck with blue Flames

There is a picture I saw (cannot find which thread) of a white tow truck with blue flames. It is the one BumbleBee and Megan fox are riding on in the trailer. I also saw a picture of a transformer that was a white tow truck with blue flames. What transformer is this and is he in the movie?[/b]

I think you're referring to Long Arm. As far as I know he's in the game and being made into a toy.

He won't be a character in the movie, but it looks like Hasbro just took other vehicles from the film to make them into non-movie character TFs. Kinda clever, actually.
