1)Frank Welker –Terms of TF TV shows all about Soundwave & Wheelie He did 4 me 1st G1series’ 2nd hottest voice (SW) as well as what 4 me is one of the worse cartoon voices to listen to ever. I find that intriguing.

2)Chris Latta – (RIP) Was surprised to learn recently he voiced Wheeljack!

3)Casey Kasem – Cliffjumper, Bluestreak, Shaggy! However I like his Dr. Archeville best.

4)Dan Green – “Americanized Yu-Gi-Oh!” Specifically the Pharaoh!

5)Dan Gilvezan – Bumblebee in Bayformers 2009? He’s not deceased, please tell me he’s not.

6)Mike Road (RIP) Did the voice for Race Bannon on the original Jonny Quest & a whole slew of voices on the old “Herculoids” TV show.

I like Frank Welker and Scott McNeil, they both voice several characters which are hilarious(most of the time) and fan favorites

Neil Kaplan- Have to put him on the list because he is the only TF va(Prime that is one down 3 to go one of my goals is to meet all 4) I've met and have good memories of my encounter with him. Was at a convention last year and he was one of the guests and while waiting in line for sigs my sister and I were being smartarses and he told us off as well as Rodger Bumpkass (Squidworth)doing the same in the Squidworth voice.

My pick of McGlynn for her work on Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. It fits because Major Motoko Kusanagi (the main character) has had several voice actresses play the role. If it didn't count it's because Ghost in the Shell has nothing to do with Transformers. Why then hasn't the thread been moved? And where would it go? I'd say Transformers General Discussion, but it's already there already. Why move it?

Have you not noticed there are TWO General Discussion areas?

TF General Discussion and just "General Discussion"

If you're posting in TF GD then it has to be Transformers related.

The other is for any non-Transformers related discussion allthough I'm not sure why a Transformers web site has a section dedicated to non-Transformers discussion. Anyway, stick to Transformers voice actors otherwise they might decide to move this to the general disscussion area as it won't be Transformers related anymore.

Pluse, you're in my topic. If you want just voice actors in general please go make another topic in GD.

I'd say my top 5 voice actors would have to be
Scott McNeil, Frank Welker, Peter Cullen, Gary Chalk and David Kaye

Scott McNeil as he does most of my favourite characters from BW and makes an EXCELLENT Dinobot.
Frank Welker since he voiced a lot of the cast from G1, including some heavy favourites.
Peter Cullen as his Optimus Prime voice is perfect and he is one of the original voice actors (cant go wrong with that)
David Kaye and Gary Chalk as they had great voices for BW/Unicron Trilogy Megatron and Optimus Prime

I still think this thread is in the right place. I'm pretty sure the primary idea for this topic is for favorite actors in Transformers series, hence it's place in the TF general discussion area. I just have a hard time thinking up voice actors I like without throwing McGlynn out there, as well.

Back on topic...I'd add Orson Wells and Leonard Nemoy to my list, as well as Lionel Stander, though he won't be able to return to his role of Kup in the animated movie.

Orson Wells won't be returning to his role as Unicron either. He died shortly after recording the movie.

I think they should get past Optimus Primes and Megatrons to do guest appearances on Animated.

Petter Cullen could appear as Orian Pax. Gary Chalk as Beast Prime maybe in Rise of the Predacons. And guy who's name I can't remember from R.I.D. as Optimus' older brother who is allso a fire truck.

Frank Welker could appear as Megatron's father. David Kaye is allready on the show so we'll skip him. (He's Optimus Prime, Grimlock, and Lugnut) the guy from R.I.D. can be Gigatron. And even the Movie dude can appear as... THE FALLEN!
