Who should voice Lockdown in TF4?

I would personally like Keith David. He has this deep scary voice that's just perfect for a character like this.

He voiced Barricade in the 1st film, IIRC. I think Lance Henriksen did a really good job with TFA Lockdown, he would be a good choice.

(Thinking more on the Ma-Ma side of characters than Cersei Lannister, but both are calculating and fairly cold.)

I don't think it'll happen, but it would be interesting to see a good female (voiced) villain who isn't a femme fatale.
