Who should voice Ratchet?

I was thinking that whoever voiced Rhinox should do it, I'm not sure what his name is, but I get a Rhinox vibe from Ratchet, so I thought it might work. Who do you guys think would be good?

Oh I can see that. Ratchet (if they base him generally of his G1 counterpart), had a serious yet sarcastic quip to him, always trying to shine light on the situation, always joking. That's Buscemi. As much as I can see him as more of a "we're all going to die" kind of character however, I reckon he'd be perfect as everyone's favourite medic.
