This thing apparently has saved every picture I ever put my mouse over. I think this is taking up some major space, how do I uninstall/delete it? (I tried going to Uninstall Programs, but I didn't see it.)

Delete your cookies, temp net, and temp files. Probelm gone.

Firefox - Tools - Clear Private Data (if you clear cookies you'll have to log back into any forums you go to)

Internet Explorer - Tools - Internet Options - General Tab - Under browsing history click Delete

Windows Picture and Fax Viewer won't automatically save pictures. Your browser however automatically downloads and saves all images on a website and stores it in your internet cache and that's what you're clearing out.
