Went to get a subscription for Toyfare and the Wizardworld website doesn't have a place to do that. Did a web search and found this...

Re: Wizard Magazine/Toyfare no longer exist
This was announced 2 weeks or so ago...I have a part time job at a comic book store so there wasn't any way to ignore this for me. Its sad to see Wizard go out like this as I grew up with it but it must be hard to compete with the internet anymore these days. Especially for Toyfare

Print media is pretty much dead. This shouldn't be much of a surprise to anyone, but it is sad nonetheless.
RIP Wizard/ RIP Toyfare

I remember seeing this news a few weeks ago and it still sucks.I had a 3 year subscription and this was one of if not the best toy/collectors magazines I ever had the pleasure to read. The 2 best features I liked was the price guide which at the time was great because I didnt have access to the internet and the Twisted Toyfare Theater and Big Shots which was our "Robot Chicken" at the time.

Yeah found this out in the Prime reviews...Red Alert thread. Still hard to believe. I've had a subscription to Toyfare since summer/fall specials they first put out and longer for Wizard. I just renewed my subcription for two years for Toyfare as well. I guess I am lucky I procrastinated on renewing Wizard too. They will both be missed.

Can't say I'm as sad as I would've been a few years ago. With the internet, these magazines (especially Toyfare) have become obsolete. Beside Toyfare had been declining in quality for years now.
