I dont know if anyones mentioned these guys before....

The RID Predacons.
OK, they're Predacons and thus have Beast Modes but JESUS, The series name is "Robots in Disguise" not "incredibly easy to spot 20ft tall animals"
Even Megatron (who is a predacon in this series) still pulls off a reasonable car/jet mode....although ugly as all hell and very easy to spot but it's a much better job then what some of these other Predacons are disguising themselves as.

I kinda disagree about Laserbeak though. I think the purpose of his transformation is to be a weapon and a awesome accessory.

Worst alt-mode? Noble/Savage from BM gets my vote or most characters from the Evolutions of Steel comic, some of them being anachronisms didn't help.

How are those bad alt modes? I don't understand your logic. If you're going to accept a line of TFs with animal alt modes, why are bat and crocodile any worse than wasp and baboon?
