To everyone who voted Rodimus: You try filling Mr Perfects boots, living upto everyone who served under him's expectations, being intergalactic councilor. I bet you'd have to complain about how hard it is too. Optimus was rebuilt as the perfect autobot warrior, mentaly and physicaly, Rody, in either form, never had this advantage.
Worst Autobot:
Optimus Prime: G1-
He was too perfect, made everyone, from every continuity in the multiverse with the Prime or Convoy titles, look like crappy leaders. Not his fault, but still sucks for the majority of the Multiverse. I like this Prime, just his shoes are too big to fill.
Worst Decepticon:
Any and all leaders who have yelled RETREAT!!! without everyone being busted pretty bad. It's sad and pathetic.
Worst Autobot:

Everyone needs to get of Rodimus Prime's back. Ultra Magnus was the worst leader.
Reasons: 1) Didn't turn back and try to help Hot Rod/Kup
2) Only cared about himself not dying.
(Tried to open the matrix premature)

Decepticons-Starscream just cause he only lasted as leader for about 2 minutes
Autobots-Ultra Magnus for the same reason, he didnt last to long as leader. Also the Autobots never once had the upperhand when he was leader.

1)Was more emo than Rodimus OR Marvel comic Optimus.
2)Did anyone EVER follow one of his orders?
Decepticons/Predacons: G1 Cyclonus
1) De Facto leader in Season three, his best idea was to bring back Galvatron, as opposed to...oh I don't know. Finding some fuel!
2) He had the goods to lead, but he let Galavtron stay in power even once he proved mad. Even Starscream would have done a better job than Galvatron post-movie, but Cyclonus is worse because he let it happen.
