Nah I like the movie the way it is. When I want to see G1 moving I'll just watch the cartoon.
Megatron in the movie compared with Megatron in the cartoon? No contest. I love G1 Megs, he's probably my favorite, but I think he'd have looked kinda silly made "real."
Only thing I'd change in the new movie is when Bumblebee assaulted the VW Bug, that was really a cheap shot on Michael Bays part.

Off subject Malikon I love your tat bro thats sick for real!!!
On subject I would have rather option one it would have been awesome to see what they could have done!! I do like the movie the way it is now for what it is, but I really wouldve liked to see what they would have done the other way.

I loved the movie as it was (with a few minor gripes, but nothing's perfect), but a G1 movie would've been a blast, too. I can't decide.

the way it's now. boxy robots would have made this movie look crappy. I'm not saying i don't like G1, cause i do, just saying it wouldn't look real and the transformations wouldn't look this cool.

First one, while I enjoyed the movie, so much could have been done to make it that much better. And yes that was a cheap shot with the Bug. He was afraid of herbie, well I hate to tell him but Herbie and BB are two different factors.
Oh and while it's not the best, these are clips from Sector seven on some of the various transformers that coulg have been done.

Oooh. Excellent question.
I'm with the new and modern movie. G1 just wouldn't have worked visually. Storywise, yeah.

It's fine how it is. If I wanted to see cartoon characters interacting with real humans i'd watch Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

I wouldn't. That was awesome. Not so much a shot on Herbie, but more a shot on VW cuz they don't want to be associated with TF, imo(and yes, I know that Bay said he didn't want a VW because of Herbie).

From ToplessRobot.com:• "Watching Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is marginally better than sh***ing your pants, but it takes a lot longer." Very well put.

Or Space Jam.
Im more or less fine with the overall designs of the movie bots and cons they used. Certainly some changes could have been made to make them far better, but going off pure G1 designs would have been a bad decision.
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.
