There are way too many fanboys out there, some of which that might have actual writing talent, to make such a broad generalization.Burn wrote:They did a better job than any fanboy could have.

A small handfull of posters on the internet does not the entire fandom make. Not to mention, most of these ideas are not well thought out, just throwing out random ideas off the top of their heads.Sonray wrote:Nemesis Cyberplex wrote:There are way too many fanboys out there, some of which that might have actual writing talent, to make such a broad generalization.Burn wrote:They did a better job than any fanboy could have.
After seeing most of the fanboy ideas for bringing jazz back not to mention ideas for the second movie i can insure that this broad generalization is indeed justified.

Sonray wrote:So you are saying the writers for the movie hated transformers and that is why they made a script that worked perfectly for a live action big screen version of the franchise whilst paying great homage to the source material?
And what you are forgetting is that most of these fanboy scribblings are fundamentally flawed because of one thing: Fanboyism.
These guys will have transformers shaped like shoe boxes and words like "ba weep granna weep nini bong" being used in a live action movie, and that stuff JUST WONT WORK.
In order to write a good script for a new generation of transformers destined for the live action big screen we need open minds and new ideas, not recycled fanboy fantasies that should have stayed in the 80's.
