Brawl's pure Hardcore. Like humans who can lie on a bed of nails and show no pain. I bet if you did that, you would show pain. Different tf's just have different pain thresholds, that's all. Some can take a bigger beating before feeling pain than others.
In theory. Bet it would still knack though. Unless you have a higher pain threshold. Which was the point I was trying to make. Perhaps I should have said
Some people just have a higher pain threshold. I bet if I cut your arm off, you would show pain, but cut off the arm of someone with an extremely high pain threshold, and they wouldnt even wince.
But I don't actually know if anyone is that hardcore, so I went for the bed of nails option instead.

Transformers have always felt pain, watch the very first episode of G1 and they even explain it in there.
Just re-watched this, and don't remember. Will check it out
All feeling pain, in a physical sense, is is your body letting your concience(sp?) be aware via unpleasant feedback that something is wrong & needs to be corrected, because if the problem persists something worse could follow. a standard PC can essentially do the same thing if it has any sort of diagnostic program installed on it, so if in no other way than just running diagnostics on themselves when something gets ripped off or blown up, yeah, they could feel pain. I know this is kind of an simplistic way to look at pain, but eh, I see what I see.Sonray wrote:Insurgent wrote:Nemesis Cyberplex wrote:I don't see how a bed of nails would be all that painful. The bed of nails thing makes sense, i dont think that tricksters that do that really feel much pain because there are so many nails and the weight is evenly distributed accross them. Have them lay on one nail though and it'll go right through them and THAT will hurt.
But as insurgent stated some people have higher pain thresh holds than others, so the same can be said about the robots. And anyway who is to say they feel pain the same way we do? It might be totally different for them, but they DO FEEL pain in some form or another.

Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...
Goddammit, now I can't unsee it.

Hopefully.
Homeboy is dead people! Deal with it! If he comes back, i'll be somewhat pleased but also a little disappointed as it will lose the film some credibility.
Lets hope they wont recycle old characters and just use new ones.

I'd say given the budget they had in the first one, they took what they could from what Chevy had, but this next time around, my guess is now that the Dreamworks/Paramount execs know what a hit the first one was they'll be throwing more money at it, & He'll mroe than likely be a Porche. IIRC, Porches are a favorite of Bay's anyway.Auto Bot wrote:IF Jazz comes back, do you think he will ditch the Solstice and scan a new alt mode?

Don't see why not. I mean hell, they drove right by a Porche dealership in the first movie.

Honestly, I saw the Porche thing as advertisement, much like Mikela eating at Burger King, The Mt. Dew-bot, & the guy with the 360 that got zapped by the Allspark. But despite this, Bay made a deal with GMC to supply all of their car-bots to save money.~Windcharger~ wrote:Nemesis Cyberplex wrote:Auto Bot wrote:The question is, will Porsche allow their cars to be used in a "war" movie?

Porsche is owned by VW though. Bunch of hippies might not allow it unless Jazz hugs a tree.

Honestly, VW, Porche, whatever....it's a company. & no matter what their stance, any company would re-evluate that stance in a heartbeat if they thought they could make enough money off of changing it. But they would also have to consider how that re-evaluation would also affect them in the far-off future as well as the immediate benefits.
If Bay & co. went to Porche, VW, whatever, & presented a case for why they should allow their car to be the next Jazz, & how much cash they'd be raking in from the recognition, I have no doubts they'd reconsider their anti-war position. If there's one thing in this life you can count on, it's greed.

But also if it were to be a flash back wouldn't they just take from the orignal film?
I believe he meant original as in the first live action movie.Sonray wrote:0ptimus__Prime wrote:I loved Jazz in TF1 and if this was true great!

How exactly would cartoon footage from the original film work in a flashback in the LIVE ACTION movie?
