Now that OS has passed Beyond the Rim... (ooooh that is such a deep inside joke, nobody will get it. And I am also drunk.) do the new keepers of the HMW Code have access to the News Page? We have been hearing about the new limit on our weapon inventory for going on eight months now.

Fender Bender pretends to not come around, but considering how much he stalks me we all know he keeps an eye on these threads.
If you beat him up enough and threaten to shave off his pink hair he'll do stuff for us, IF he's even capable of it.
