High praise indeed. I may have to return to my first place of employment for the first time in 14 years...
I wonder if they'll remember me?

Wait! Does John Deere make Minicons?

Yes, they are large, don't transform, and are called lawn mowers.I used to like K-Mart, but then they opened a Wal*Mart near It and ran it out of buisness.

I have the worst luck with Kmart's. I usually never find what I'm looking for and almost always leave pissed off. It's been 3 years since I last stepped into a Kmart. There's only one in my area and gas prices won't let me drive over all of God's green earth (or sandy) to find them. I'll probably end up buying them online somewhere.
If you track them down I'll pick'em up from you. I go to ASU west everyday and since you live in Peoria I'm assuming you live close by to them.

Thoughts:
Makeshift and Knockdown are assembled wrong. Their legs are attached to the wrong sides of the pelvis. Simply pop off the legs and swap them.
The packaging says "Armada Series", which is incorrect. While Mini-Cons are from Armada originally, these are Classics Mini-Con molds. That aside...
What the hell is up with the Bio on the back of the package? "Many Mini-Con teams were broken apart or destroyed utterly by the greed of the Decepticons, or the desperation of the Autobots." Meow? Since when? Revisionist history if you ask me.
The packaging gives factions to the individual Mini-Cons, they however do not have any faction symbols other than the Mini-Con one.
All that junk aside, these are great Mini-Cons!
This set is easily on par with MB1 and MB2 in terms of cool.
All the figures have individual paint aps and are fairly unique in their look.
Boltflash, Flatfoot, and Bodyblock are easily my favorites.
