I love that Vector Prime is just a slight variation of his Cybertron design.

And I like this take on Amalgamous.

Nexus is interesting as he doesn’t look like a combiner. Maybe there will be more on that.

I’m also very curious about Quintus and his relationship to the Quintessons

Interesting, looks like Skywarp may have had a redesign - the SR cards show the bot's head in profile behind them, and you can see on Skywarp's card (SR-028) that his head design has a regular face/mouth, while his actual model doesn't.

(I'm assuming "he", contra the cool EarthSpark version - the model appears to be mostly built from bits of both Starscream/Thundercracker and Slipstream/Redwing)

the gold tracker card is actually not a SHR rarity, it's just HR, and there are 19

As the post above alluded to, the info about HR vs SHR here needs some correction. This set has 19 of the HR lenticular cards, and 6 SHR lenticular cards. The SHR cards are much, much more rare than the HR cards. You get one HR card per pack, unless it has an SHR card instead (it won't.)

How rare are they? Dunno, info on these is really sparse online. Anecdotally, between all of Kayou's TF series so far I've gone through ~20 boxes + the Constructicon series 2 promo set things and have gotten 1 SHR the entire time. That's, very roughly, 1/1900 cards or again very roughly, 1 SHR and ~375 HR cards over all those packs.

As I said in the other thread where these came up, I don't recommend trying to go 100% complete on these sets. Generally speaking, hit up the R, SR, HR, SSR and maybe the UR (some series seem to have better luck there than others) subsets and call it a day. Add on stuff like the TF One set's Thirteen if you really dig em. Don't bother with SHR or SE stuff unless you hate yourself and/or are rich.

One tidbit not covered anywhere in TF circles so far, at least that I've seen, are redemption cards. These are a thing in the TF One set with the SE rarity. Look at the sample image. See the QR code? You're not going to pull an autographed card, you're going to pull a card that can be redeemed for it using the code. And that redemption is not available in the US, meaning you need to work with someone in China, or someone that can get in touch with a distributor there, to get that redeemed.

Also, the QR codes are a one-time scan in the app used for said redemption, so if you're reading this and have one of those, do not post a picture of it until you have your reward.

As for tracking down someone that can get it for you, dunno. There is a large community of collectors for the Naruto themed sets of these cards online, so you may find some advice there that's helpful.

I pulled a redemption card in one of my Gala Grimlock boxes and reached out to the ebay seller and they're helping with that process, so if you get boxes through ebay that's an option.

Ofc, chances are you'll never have to worry about it because the SE cards are insanely rare. I've only pulled one throughout all their sets and thankfully it wasn't a redemption card, but it was limited to 99 copies produced so I'm gonna be hanging on to that.

Pretty sure I spotted Skywarp a couple of times in the actual movie with mouth rather than faceplate. Wonder which came first and whether the cards were based on pre-final models, which wouldn't be out of the question.

The UR Skywarp card has a faceplate/mask, so I just assumed it was a battle mask like what Bee and Sentinel have.

Four cards to go for me, seven if I count the SEs but those have odds slightly better than the actual lottery from the looks of it.

If anyone has the D-16 or B-127 SHR cards (002 and 004) or the Starscream UR* card (005), hit me up!
