FrenzyRumble is making a limited run of 50 Mugan Scope toys with proper Pereceptor colors and an Autobot symbol.

That looks great. I ordered the black one as I really liked it as Magnificus and am quite happy with Takara's (United) Perceptor though.

It does display. You just don't have access to Facebook... I understand that not everybody does.

Only 50!? ftw . i can't see much chance on getting this re-paint then , not pleased about this myself.

Don't blame FrenzyRumble. KFC likes the color the Mugan Scope way it is. KFC got it in their head that this is their Perceptor. FrenzyRumble was good enough to buy 50 raw units from KFC and is making them for people who want a more G1 colored toy. He probably had to pay for 50 units out of own pocket hoping they would sell.

Not a dig sir, just need some transforming robot love whilst at work, so always keen to catch up on the latest from yourself or Scaleface (and all our friendly contributors ) via Seibertron.com but usually have to go to Tformers.com where the pics mostly get embedded?

So I have just caught up on this thread and the gripes about the colours used.
It really is difficult to please all the people all of the time as we tend to hear quite regularly that colour choices are ok with one fan but not the next, be it too light or not dark enough?

The darker colouring on the blue looks a lot better than the lighter blue of the original, but hey...

Shouldn't Frenzy/Rumble be working on the commissions he took down payments for instead of this ?

The FrenzyRumble Ltd production line are probably outsourcing the work to small number of locals/neighbours, followed by the FrenzyRumble Ltd Q.C. checks, onto the FrenzyRumble Ltd dispatch warehouse for final packaging inspection and shipping.

FYI: This limited version is slated for Slagacon. So, it's a convention exclusive.

I already bought the regular version. I might just take him apart and dip the thighs and wrists in green dye for a few minutes to get the teal G1 color. Reprolabels for the autobot logo. Screw buying it again. For all you know, they bought 50 of them and did just that.

I'm not having a go at F/R it's simply my frustration at wanting this figure and in that deco but it looks like there's no chance of that happening especially if it's gonna be a convention exclusive and just to help put myself off that blue chest piece looks out of place

I'm starting to see a pattern here...

Apparently manufacturers are getting their inspiration from the boards.
I mean, soundwave was obvious (to me at least). Shockwave on the other
hand, not so much. Let's see what happens with these;




These two are likely to come packed in a set just as with blaster and shockwave.

I must say, i'm kind of flattered to see robotmel's idea and my digibashes
have gone into production (can't remember who did the blaster bash)

I think that FrenzyRumble did an actual custom of Soundwave from this mold that Keith copied.

Could you do digibash's of SG Soundwave and SG Blaster please?

I would love to see a version of this toy as Reflector too.

I thought he only made 50 custom paintend perceptors? But i suppose it could
very well be true.
Here are your s.g versions. Not my best mind you, i'm still finding out how
photoshop works, and shades of white and grey are difficult to get right.

I think FrenzyRumble did one custom Soundwave from Mugan Scope, he didn't mass produce it, but he posted the picture online.

Can you do Reflector?

Impactor also has only one hand, a tank mode, and a cannon on the side of his shoulder. G1 Megatron also has a shoulder mounted cannon and a tank mode.

Hey, if you wanna make this things ANYBODY, those two are options. Not options I'd buy, though.
