It just happened that I was curious to see the official order of the Leprechaun
films and was checking out their chronology. I make it a point on St Pat's Day to watch them all, because I love 'em and what's better to get drunk and watch on that day anyway, Darby O'Gil?
Anyway, I stumbled across wonderful news:

I love Warwick Davis as the evil little gold hoarder, I fear they will make Hornswaggle the new Leprechaun, but as my love for the premise will stand steadfast, I will hold judgement until fruition.

I noticed these films get horrible reviews on sites like Rotten Tomatoes, but they are all film snobs. I really like a film that I don't have to think through, and every Leprechaun movie in the series has delivered on that.
I'm sure Jennifer Aniston didn't sign on thinking this would bring her an Oscar. Ice-T didn't think it would boost record sales. It's all done for fun.

Story wise, I like 2 the best, but they all have special moments.
4 is the worst by far, yeah it's worse than Back to the Hood(and Back to the Hood is
bad.

Personally I am excited, but then again I love "terrible" sub-B movies.
Any way, I hope this goes through and doesn't get shelved. I look forward to new news about a new Leprechaun series, and new additions to my Leprechaun movie collection. I hope several more here find this news exciting, hey it should turn out better than "Battleship: the Movie".
