We continue our month of creepy October reviews with Walmart line's deluxe "Retro Card" Seaspray! What exactly is scary about this one? Well, he's a giant robot - who has a 'thing' for organic mermaids! What could be creepier than that? But is the figure any good? Turns out, Seaspray could be the 'Cosmos' of this line, because it's a new mold, and they did a pretty good job with it!
