The proper term is "glomp." Also we don't do that anymore. Someone will be along shortly with the new-ish greeting.

You can change your email in the User Control Panel, under Profile, then Edit Account Settings.

No, it actually predates that episode of South Park. It's a reference to the Elder Scrolls forums, they'd offer new members a "fishy stick." It's brought up in a few of the games, too.
