CONGRATULATIONS GUYS! Seibertron.com is still the first TF site I visit every day, and often the very first site on the internet I open!

The one thing I still remember oh so well is the countdown clock Seibertron.com had until the opening date (July 3rd 2007) of the first Transformers live action movie... I remember that thing started counting down like about two years before the actual opening date!

I remember the first news story I saw on this site. It was a custom G1 Blaster that had been converted to an MP3 player by a German kitbasher. The story is long since lost due to the crashes the site has had over the years, but it was quite a thing to see at the time. Years before Music Label Soundwave was released, this definitely was the predecessor to him. It was also probably one of the first custom figures to receive a news story before the site started featuring Kitbashed figures.

After joining the site (since I had been lurking at the time), I visited daily to see what was in the news. I saw the unveiling of the (at the time) new movie to feature my favorite transforming robots, news of galleries of incredibly rare figures such as the Unicron of Light, Green Transmetal Ramhorn, the prototype G1 Unicron, and the various Botcon sets.

It wasn't always about the franchise though, I remember coming to the site sometimes and seeing breaking news from the real world, such as the recent tsunami and earthquake. Other pieces of news worth mentioning were when our own dear site owner, Ryan, tied the knot & got married!

So for all of this, every bit of news to grace the greatest TF site on the internet, congrats to Seibertron.com & our awesome news crew! Here's to many more years of TF news!

Congratulations, Ry. You and the great reporters on this site have served the legions of TF geeks a great service throughout the past decade plus. From the exclusive scoops, to the fine galleries, the fanfic, the $ saving sightings forums, and the second to none back and forth banter; this is what actually makes the hobby more than mere pieces of plastic. Let us never forget, it is the community/fandom/network that breathes life into our passion of these trinkets. If I remember correctly the first or at least the more memorable news story I saw when I first joined was about Cybertron OP back in 2005. Pics of his weird looking truck mode.

6 years later and here we are.

as do i my friend, though, the shots they put up are simply photoshopped images aren't they? does the figure exist? MY GOD... this is right up KOToys alley!

I don't even know what the first news story I read was, but I've been here since the heyday of Energon, Reissues and Alternators. It's been awhle! Seibertron has been and always will be the first website I check every single day.

Whatever happened to Alex Kingdom anyway? He was a very active member back in the day.
